Our Company's basic philosophy is that all personal injuries can and should be prevented. While the responsibility for safety throughout the company begins and ends with the president, that responsibility is shared with the entire organization. Every employee at every level is expected to fully accept responsibility for his/her own safety and for the safety of those he/she works with. There is no place in the organization for an unsafe employee.

Our safety director works hard to ensure that all DMI employees have the proper training and equipment to work in a safe environment.
