more than twenty new Price Chopper store as well as their
perishable / grocery warehouses and vehicle maintenance facility
representing over three million square feet of completed projects
for this client alone. It's also the reason why when Wilmorite
Corporation built two new malls in the Capital District area they
sought out and negotiated both projects with our company.

DMI was responsible furnishing and installing total Plumbing and HVAC systems for the base mall as well as anchor stores Filenes, Sears,
Kmart and the Sony Theaters representing more than 600,000 square feet of retail space.

Target Distribution Center consists of 1.63 million square feet which houses 210,000 square feet of shipping, 40,000 square feet of office space and 1,382,000 square feet of warehouse space. This distribution center services 125 of the retailers outlets. DMI was successful in negotiating this contract by working closely with the construction manager, architect and engineer providing value engineering and cost savings alternatives, which resulted in substantial savings to the owner. DMI's multi-million dollar contract included the installation all the domestic water, storm drainage, natural gas, air and acid waste piping.
