DMI was responsible for all phases of plumbing and medical gases for this 160 bed skilled nursing facility and adult care center. Prefabrication efforts by DMI helped bring this project in two months ahead of schedule enabling the Center to provide residency earlier than expected. |

On this project the hospital expanded it's existing facility and added a medical office building and new surgical suites while the existing surgical suites were converted to first class business offices. The mechanical systems furnished and installed by DMI on this project included a complete plumbing, heating, ventilating and air conditioning system, including the installation of new chillers, air handlers, variable volume terminal units as well as all the medical gas systems required for a surgical center such as oxygen, nitrous oxide, nitrogen, medical vacuum and anesthesia gas exhaust system.

Moses Ludington Hospital and Nursing Center

DMI successfully negotiated the HVAC and Plumbing portion of this HUD financed 186,000 square foot skilled nursing facility and hospital located in upstate New York. On this project DMI was responsible for the installation of over 250 tons of cooling, five boilers and a direct digital automatic temperature control and energy management system as well as a complete plumbing system consisting of over three hundred plumbing fixtures as well the medical gas systems.
