Featured in the New York Times, The Olin Humanities Building is an impressive architectural design. DMI was proud to be awarded a multi-million dollar mechanical package for this building, which includes 28,000 square feet of classrooms, an atrium like connecting lobby and the formal 590 seat Olin Hall Auditorium.

This
project entailed extensive renovations and expansions at four
schools within the district, with all work requiring completion within an extremely short time frame. The projects involved 40,000 square feet of new classrooms, plus two new swimming pools, new kitchen and cafeteria and gymnasium as well as complex plumbing and HVAC upgrades to existing systems. As the mechanical contractor for this project, DMI completed a significant portion of the work at the multiple school sites within a 10-week summer recess
window.
