This allows the customer to substantially reduce the time between project conception and project completion. All Design/Build work is supervised by a staff of in-house professionals.

Investment in New Technologies - DMI has invested in superior state-of-the-art equipment in both the office and field environments. In the office, the company uses Auto-Cad drafting software, Quick Pen project planning software, Tradepower estimating software, Master Builder job cost tracking. In the field, DiGesare uses the latest technology in welding equipment, such as orbital welders.

Well-Trained Professional Staff - DMI utilizes an internal continuing education and training program to ensure that all project managers are well-versed in the equipment and systems they install.

Well-Trained Union Labor Pool - A well-trained labor force consisting of journeymen plumbers / pipefitters who have all participated in a rigorous, five year apprentice training program is an essential element of the DiGesare operation. This training assures clients that only the most qualified individuals work on their projects.

Safety and Quality Assurance Programs – DiGesare Mechanical has developed a formal safety training and education program to reduce the potential for injury to its employees. The company also has an extensive quality assurance program to ensure that all shop fabrication, field construction, and repair work is completed in accordance with the latest applicable codes.
