Fire Protection

CONDOR FIRE SPRINKLER COMPANY INC., a division of The DiGesare Group is a commercial automatic fire sprinkler contractor. We design, fabricate, and install complete fire protection systems from sprinklers to fire pumps. The DiGesare group has been in business in New York since 1948 and has a wide variety of experiences in the Mechanical Construction of institutional, industrial and healthcare businesses as well as retail and office applications. We prefer projects that are technically difficult, but can also efficiently produce the simplest projects as well. We perform work throughout the northeast and are presently working on both government and private sector projects of various sizes.

SYSTEM DESIGN & DESIGN / BUILD
DiGesare Mechanical, Inc. - Condor Fire Sprinkler Company, Inc.Condor undertakes the complete design of all projects. All design work is prepared in accordance with current Insurance Regulations, Factory Mutual requirements (FM.), NFPA guidelines, and meets all other relevant regulatory authority laws and codes. Our in-house engineering and design team offer the following services:

  • Computer Aided Design (CAD)

  • On-Site Survey and Design

  • Full Hydraulic Calculations

  • Co-ordination with other services

  • Value Engineering and Project Cost Planning

FABRICATION
As a service oriented company, Condor understands the importance of timely installation. Our fabrication shop handles fabrication of 1 inch through 8 inch black cast iron or galvanized pipe for sprinkler systems. Centralized purchasing of materials help us to reduce overall cost and improve quality. Our quality control is second to none. We strive to improve in every aspect of fabrication by means of education, supervision, and inspection.
